Btw, I did not had any major downtime's other than around 30 min downtime for server updates. I know I cant expect the world or 30 minutes support reply's at $2/month. But, amazingly I did get a support response within 30 minutes several times! I'm with them from 2009 and I still continue to have my web space with them. It is simply better than many even big hosts where I had to wait up to 24 hours to get a support response.
